NIYO HAIR & BEAUTY TERMS OF SERVICE
THE NIYO HAIR AND BEAUTY ON-DEMAND AFRO HAIR AND BEAUTY PLATFORM.
When booking an on-demand afro hair and beauty service, Niyo Hair and Beauty act as a booking agency for self-employed hair and beauty professionals. Our contract with you is limited to the provision of use of our website.
Your Pro is responsible for providing the services to you and you have a direct contract between you and the pro concerning the provision of services. This contract does not include us. You and the Pro are responsible for any taxes arising as a result of the services.
We review applications, conduct interviews, intensive training and undertake checks of the Pro with some of this process reliant on information from third parties. You acknowledge that we do not and cannot guarantee the accuracy or completeness of such a check, whether conducted by us or the third party.
You acknowledge that you use the Pros at your own risk. When interacting with such professionals, you should exercise caution to protect your personal safety and property. Having said this, we train our trusted Pros to make you feel as comfortable as possible when receiving a service from them.
BOOKING NIYO HAIR AND BEAUTY SERVICES
By making a booking through our website or over the phone, you warrant that you agree to provide complete, correct and true information.
After placing a booking, you will receive an email from us confirming your booking, should we need to reschedule, cancel or change your booking we will contact you using the contact information provided.
Please allow one working day to respond and confirm your booking request. We will notify you by email as soon as possible to acknowledge receipt of your order and to provide you with an order number. If we are unable to fulfil your order following this acknowledgement, we will contact you by email or telephone advising you of this.
The contract between you and the Pro will only be formed when we send you booking confirmation with the Pro’s relevant information.
You agree that you will not seek to book any services from any our Pros other than via our website, over the phone or via email for the duration of this agreement and in the 6 months after the termination of this agreement.
PRICE AND PAYMENT
Prices vary according to the type and duration of service as described on the website.
A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the service cost will be required to complete the booking of your appointment. No deposit, no appointment. However, in case you need to change the date, your deposit fee is transferable up to 48 hours prior to the start of your appointment. Please review our ‘Late and cancellation Policy’ for more information.
70% of the service cost is payable to the Pro upon completion of the service. If on the day you decide to change or alter your chosen style, this will consequently affect the overall price of your booking.
By making a booking you agree to provide complete, correct and true information including billing and payment details.
LATE AND CANCELLATION POLICY
You can read our late and cancellation policy here.
Refunds are only available based on the quality of the hair technique by the stylist. We do not permit requests for refunds due to change of mind or the hairstyle not suiting the frame of your face. If you believe the quality of the hairstyle has been compromised, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours.
Please arrive at your appointment with your hair stretched or blow dried so we can get you started right away. If you don’t you will have to pay a detangling fee.
